We are a small business whose goal is to provide stylish and beautiful wedding rentals to San Francisco, Oakland, Marin County, and the Napa / Sonoma area. We realize not everyone has experience planning events or weddings, so here are some considerations to help you get started.

Location?

Where on the property do you need your rental items set up? The more details that are shared in advance, the smoother things go the day of — allowing you to enjoy the festivities!

Timing?

Does your venue require same-day setup and removal (most do)? Is the ceremony in the same space as the reception and the room needs to be turned over? These are things we’ll need to know.

Contingency?

You need a plan in place for bad weather. If rain is expected, are you moving the event indoors? Where? Would you still need all of your rental items if plans change?

What Else?

A florist? Linens? Furniture rentals? Maybe an officiant recommendation? We are here and happy to assist however we can!
